Fermentation: Fermentation in 500l French oak barrels.

Aging: 15 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

View: Straw yellow, with dimmed highlights and visibly dense tears.

Nose: Ripe fruit, especially compote, moldy sensation, due to the over-ripening of the grape.

Palate: Very ripe peach, quince, very pleasant for its sweetness without edges.
