Total production: 8500 Bottles 0.75l and 50 Magnum 1.5l.

Origin of the Grape:

  • Vineyards: 100% own vineyards.
  • Location: San Pedro de los Oteros.
  • Age of the vineyards: 60-100 years.
  • Average yield: 10 Hl / Ha.
  • Soil Type: Stony above and clay below.
  • Altitude: 750-830 m.
  • Orientation of the vineyard: East-West.

Vinification: All the grapes per selection table.

Destemmed: 100%.

Pre Fermentation / Maceration: in its own cold room.

Fermentation / maceration: 1st Fermentation in wood fudre with controlled temperature.

Types of yeast for fermentation: Autochthonous.

Malolactica: Yes, in oak.

Aging: 24 months in 500 l French oak barrels of various small cooperage. 24 months in bottle.

Bottled: April 2017.

First bottling: May 2018.

Filtration: Microfiltration
