Origin of the Grape:

  • Vineyards: 90% own vineyards, 10% contracted.
  • Location: Pajares de los Oteros – San Pedro de los Oteros.
  • Age of the vineyards: 100-120 years.
  • Average yield: 8 Hl / Ha.
  • Soil Type: Loamy above and clay below + sandy.
  • Altitude: 820-850 m.
  • Orientation of the vineyard: East-West.

Winemaking: All the grapes per selection table.

Destemmed: 100%.

Pre Fermentation / Maceration: in its own cold room.

Fermentation / maceration: 1st Fermentation in a frustoconical French oak tank with controlled temperature.
