  • Vineyards: 90% own vineyards, 10% contracted.
  • Location: Pajares de los Oteros – San Pedro de los Oteros.
  • Age of the vineyards: 100-120 years.
  • Average yield: 8 Hl / Ha.
  • Soil Type: Loamy above and clay below + sandy.
  • Altitude: 820-850 m.
  • Orientation of the vineyard: East-West.
